Time and words and cake and whiskey ice cream
But little can compare with a good nap
And a cool breeze lapping about your feet
Whilst the sun shines down near a bubbling stream
Warm skin in shady lanes swinging in air
As a hammock suspends into a dream
State offering a sense of gratitude
Listlessness sets in though, breaking the seam
Of blissful wrapping unlike a nightcap
Ponderings full of potential tasks meet
Tantalizations are not what they seem.
